At Rod Runners, we always stand behind what we sell. All of our blind, shade and shutter products carry a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty coverage will be for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. To obtain service under this warranty, return the product along with the original sales receipt to Rod Runners. In-home service on warranties is available, however service charges may apply.

All window fashions purchased from and installed by Rod Runners are guaranteed by Rod Runners for one year. Product pick-up, repair, parts, re-installation, etc. is covered under our one-year guarantee. After expiration of our one-year guarantee, products may be brought to Rod Runners for service or in-home service may be scheduled. In-home service charges may apply.
